Cavarni Design delivers Australia-wide, and offers free local pick up from our warehouse located in Tuggerah, on the Central Coast of NSW.

 

Shipping fees vary depending on location and weight, and for most Sydney postcodes we offer a flat rate $60 shipping fee. To get a more accurate shipping rate, please enter your postcode below. 

 

Please allow 1-3 business days for Cavarni Design to pick and pack your order. Shipping time frames are in addition to our processing times. 

 

Australia (metro areas): 3 business days 

Australia (non metro areas): 5 business days 

 

While we do our best to fulfil shipping and handling time frames, we  cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time frame as estimated delivery dates are to be used as a guide only.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please take careful consideration in selecting your products.

 

Although we are confident in the quality of our products and installations, we do guarantee that any goods that are delivered damaged or incorrectly will be resupplied at no charge to the customer.

However, if you wish to return an item because you ordered it incorrectly or changed your mind, a 15% handling fee will be charged for the item to be returned to our warehouse at the customers expense*.

*All products must be returned in their original condition. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn, used or damaged after delivery, nor if any attempt has been made to alter the product.
