    Cavarni Design will assess any bulk orders, discounts or price matching on a case by case basis. Please give us a call on 1300 855 690 regarding your bulk order and we will accommodate as best we can on a case by case basis.
  • I need assistance with an entire office fitout - what is the process?
    Cavarni Design specialises in workspace design and commercial office fitouts in the Greater Sydney Area and provides a 3D modelling service for all office furniture fitout projects.   • What is the warranty period on your products?
    All Cavarni Design products come with a commercial use warranty, some with warranty periods of up to 10 years.
  • What is your returns policy?
    Thank you for choosing Cavarni Design for your Office Fit-out. Please take careful consideration in selecting your products. Although we are confident in the quality of our products and installations, we do guarantee that any goods that are delivered damaged or incorrectly will be resupplied at no charge to the customer. However, if you wish to return an item because you ordered it incorrectly, a 15% handling fee will be charged for the item to be returned to our warehouse at the customers expense. We are committed to creating a seamless furniture shopping experience for you and your business. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to reach out to our friendly staff.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Please allow 1-3 business days for Cavarni Design to pick and pack your order. While we do our best to fulfil shipping and handling time frames, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time frame as estimated delivery dates are to be used as a guide only. Shipping time frames are in addition to our processing times: Australia (metro areas): 3 business days Australia (non metro areas): 5 business days
  • What is your shipping policy?
    Cavarni Design delivers Australia-wide, and offers free local pick up from our warehouse located in Tuggerah, Sydney. Cavarni Design has a $60 flat rate shipping cost to all metro areas in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth as well as the Central Coast region and most postcodes in the Gold Coast. For non metro areas we offer a flat delivery rate of $100. To obtain an accurate shipping rate, please enter your postcode when you reach checkout.
  • How will my furniture arrive?
    All of our products are delivered flat-packed. If you require any bulky goods to be assembled, or would like Cavarni Design to assist with an office fitout please email us for a quote on info@cavarnidesign.com.au.
